The value of coke exports from north China's Shanxi Province in the first seven months of the year hit 386 million U.S. dollars, making the product the province's biggest export commodity, according to the province's commerce department.
Coke exports rebounded in May on increased overseas demand.
The gross value of Shanxi's imports and exports in the seven-month period hit 6.96 billion U.S. dollars, up 61.7 percent over the same period last year.
