I have read and agree to the service of Mineprocessing 1. Acceptance of Terms 1.1 Welcome to Mineprocessing's member service (the "SERVICE"). Mineprocessing provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. The amended and restated Agreement shall be effective immediately upon posting. 2. Object to Serve 2.1 The Object to Serve of Mineprocessing must be a legal person, organizations without legal personality or an individual capable of bearing relevant legal liability. As an individual, you must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into an agreement to use the service; 2.2 By using the services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Mineprocessing will not be liable for disputes of use of service; 2.3 Mineprocessing reserves the right to terminate the Service to any member at any time, in Mineprocessing's sole discretion. 3. Your Registration Obligations In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the People’s Republic of China or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: 3.1 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company as prompted by the member's registration form; 3.2 maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Mineprocessing has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Mineprocessing has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof); 3.3 If you register in Mineprocessing on behalf of a company or legal entity, the Agreement also binds your company or legal entity when the services are used. 4. Classification of Member Service Mineprocessing has three types of membership: regular member, verified member and paid member. 4.1 Regular Member Only a Valid member ID and email address are requested, you will become the regular member of Mineprocessing. Rights are given to you to log on Mineprocessing BBS and deliver comments as well as other free-of-charge service. 4.2 Verified Member Besides all information of regular member, you should complete your personal contact methods and essential information of your company to be an Mineprocessing verified member, enjoying free-of-charge service provided by Mineprocessing: setting up online showroom, releasing information on the domestic sales platform for processing trade products. 4.3 Paid member After successful registration, you will enjoy individualized and professional service as well as other paid service. 5. Member Conduct As a condition of your use of Mineprocessing Website, you must not: 5.1. trespass, break into, access, use or attempt to trespass, break into, access or use any other parts of our servers, and/or any data areas for which you have not been authorized by us; 5.2. restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Website; 5.3. post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable Information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that may constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or foreign law; 5.4. post or transmit any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication, or engage in spamming or flooding; 5.5. post or transmit any Information or software which contains any virus, trojan horse, worm or other harmful component; 6. post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or in any way exploit any Information obtained through the Website for commercial purposes; 7. upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, Information obtained through the Website which is protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, or create derivative works with respect thereto, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner or right-holder. 6. Laws and Arbitration China International Electronic Commerce Center reserves the right to interpret the agreement. By using the services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute on the agreement, which could not solved by negotiation, should be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission (BJAC). In case any terms of the Agreement violate the law or the public interest of the People's Republic of China, the laws shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy in this agreement arising from the translated English version, the original traditional Chinese pages should be treated as the official version.
